Good afternoon,
I've noted that OO-1.1RC needs to be repaired regularly for some intensive users.
Sometimes, OO seems to loose the new submenu, so when you choose File -> New
nothing appears. A way to solve this matter is to launch setup and choose repair.
On other way consists to append the content "<node oor:name="Menus">...</node>"
to the end of $USER/OO-PATH/user/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/Common.xcu

Why this menu disappear ?

In this file, I also remarked the recent files opened, probably there is a bug
there.

TM->johnpaul72: Please give more details about the Linux you´re using
and the type of installation (normal fat or net/workstation). Which RC
of OOo 1.1 did you use ?

Due to missing but requested further information and the fact that
this problem wasn´t reproducible, this issue is set to "worksforme"
and closed.
