Description utomo99 2003-08-25 10:26:15 UTC
In Spreadsheet the row height and column width is in Inch.
In Excel it is in points.

I hope we can have options to use inch/mm or points. (for many countries
instead of inch, they prefer to use mm) Or use points for height and use
inch/mm for width

Thanks

Regards,

Utomo

Hi Bettina,

1 4 u.

I think it's not necessary as in most cases no one has a good
impression how wide a point is. The use of mm/inch can be changed now.

yes, for width better to use mm or inch. but for the height better
to use the point, because it is have correlations with the font
size.

regarding changing inch to mm. it is not easy (i still not yet find
it), maybe make it easier if already exist

thanks

Oooopppsss,

I found out that we are able to do like requested.

Just go to Tools Options Spreadsheet General Measurement Unit and
select what you want.

So closing this one as INVALID.
