OS: Windoze 98 SE

OOo does not unload after the application is terminated. It stays loaded and 
after a short while causes the computer to crash. (BTW, quickstart had been 
disabled and is not resident in the system tray.)

Not an API issue -> Framework.

Problem wasn´t reproducible when using a more recent build like 8683.
