Please take a look at the attachments.
The .doc file is the ... well, .doc file in problem.
The images are the three screen shots of the look in MSWord.
(But of course, it's the best to open it in MSWord and OOo to see the difference
yourself.)

Hi, Paul:

I attempted to download your screenshot attachments. At 2+MB, they
were still not completed, and I cancelled the download.

Please provide attachments that exhibit ONLY the information required
to evaluate your issue and/or reproduce the problem. Is there no way
to crop these and perhaps use a format other than .bmp?

Thanks,

Tam

For screenshots please use PNG, if PNG is not possible, then use GIF.
If that's not available, then use JPG. (If none of these are possible,
please use a compressed format of your choice)

Oh, I'm sorry about this.
I actually received those screenshot from the reporter of the bug when
I was working on something else in office. So I just attached these
images onto this issue without realising the large size (because I was
using a 2GHz + 1.5GB RAM computer, feels like opening a 10k image when
opening these...|||)

Anyways, here I posts these in png form.

I'm not exactly sure what the problem is. It appears as if there is a
bit of text missing when opened in OOo, but I can't tell because I
don't speak Chinese (Is that Chinese?).

It would help if you could:
  - Describe the behaviour you expected from OOo.
  - What actually happened.
  - Include the smallest possible file that exhibits this behaviour.

The simpler the file the easier it will be to isolate the problem.

The Problem is that the whole content is placed inside a Tablecell.
Cells cannot be larger than a single page in OOo.
WOrkaround: use Tools|Text<->Table to convert the table to regular
text and you will get the missing text.

If there's another problem with the document, please file a new issue
with detailed description of the problem... Thanks..
