This does not happen all the time.

when I have 2 text documents opened and overlapped. I make either window active,
the document display is not refresh, some corruption.

Have put 2 and more windows overlapped. Refresh is ok.

it happened. As I said does not happened all the time.  Don't know
when it will happen. Sometimes it works fine.

Sounds like a hardware problem VGA and/or driver/accelerator.
