when i install oo 1.1rc3 as administrator, a normal user, doesn't have the
default file bindings for .swx .stw ...
there is no entry in the startmenu for OO for a new user.
when i open an existing file and then want to save it, oo asks me where to save
it and for the file name (forgets the filename and directory) - it should only
save the file, without asking.

OOo isn't designed to work like this.

Have a look at the setup guide for 1.0: nothing has changed for 1.1 in
this case.
