Hi,
I'm not sure il it depend on l10n or api project.
Accentued caracters and other special caracters like (ç) are not displayed in
info-balloons of add-ons icons.
I put 2 attachment showing the problems.
The first one should show : Interroger le dictionnaire de l'Académie Française
the second one should show : Chercher une définition avec DAFOO

Hi Eric,

In fact, character should be UTF-8 encoded. Now that we know it,
everything is ok :) I set status to fixed and try to close it.
