I use Win98SE.
When I start setup.exe from OO1.1RC3, then my System freezes and I must reboot 
it.
I have used WinRar for unzipping.
After the bug, I uninstall WinRar an reboot my System.
But at the 2nd Time, my System freezes again during setup.

I tested this bug 4x, and at any Time comes the same System reaction.

I've tried to reproduce. Unzipped with WinRar -> no problem, started
setup.exe -> no problem. I would assume that your download has been
damaged somehow. Have you checksummed this file?

I reproduced the bug with 2 other downloads from other mirrors in 
germany ( sunsite.informatik.rwth-aachen.de; ftp.leo.org). The files 
are all md5sum-checked and Ok.
Then I remove Winzip from my Computer and installed it again.
I start setup and it works  (??).
But the time from starting setup.exe to the 1st Reaction of my 
Computer ( Startup-Screen from OO 1.1) takes ~5 Minutes.
