Description jefftong 2003-08-13 02:28:31 UTC
I am a citizen from Hong Kong and use Traditional Chinese.

From 1.1beta to 1.1rc3, 3D object could be created normally with 'Convert to 3D'
in popup menu of right click. Please refer to the following screenshot:
http://www.hkedcity.net/ihouse/ylp-jeff/3d_before_edit.png

However, 3D objects break after amending in '3D Effects'. A screenshot as follows:

This problem does not appear on 1.0.x series.

Hello, thanks for your posting. Is the problem solved when you hit
CTRL-SHIFT-R for doing a repaint? Mostly this is a problem with Open
GL. For having a permanently better behaviour you could switch offm
Open GL under tools/options/Openoffice.org/View/3Dview. Please have a
look. Thanks in advance!

Jeff Tong wrote in a separate email that the problem is solved with a
repaint.
If you want the default changed please write a new issue with issue
type "enhancement".
Thanks for your help!
