When either inserting a not or reading an existing note thatis atteched to a
field the diplay cannot cross the edge of a frozen (Freeze) column.  For
example, if you freeze column's A and B, then cause a note fo be popped up from
a cell in column A the note is rescricted from crossing the line of the right
edge of column B.  If the note in large the box will need to cover part of
Column A and the arrow will be embedded in the box. partially obscuring the
information.

This is especially a problem when selecting to insert ainot an existing note. 
If the existing note is large enough then part of it si cut off by the right
edge of the last fozen column.
