Enter a formula object in Writer.
When you type more than 2 characters to the left of the formula in the
RTL context the formula frame gets erased withour being drawed again.

This is a follow up of #i13249#.

FME: #i13249# was responsible for the correct output of the formula,
this on fixes a repaint problem with formulas in RTL environment.

This keeps happenning even in RC3.

Checked fix with internal CWS sw7pp1.
