Last modified: 2006-05-31 14:29:06 UTC
Selecting F4 View Datasources causes crash, A popup, possibly an error popup appears but OOo crashes and dissapears before I can read it. STD Output produces - [dnw@capulet OpenOffice.org1.1]$ ./soffice Fatal exception: Signal 11 Stack: /usr/OpenOffice.org1.1RC2/program/libsal.so.3[0x40beff8c] /usr/OpenOffice.org1.1RC2/program/libsal.so.3[0x40bf0052] /lib/i686/libpthread.so.0[0x41139e55] Aborted Dispite this error the Tools>Bibliographic database opens without problem. LINUX Mandrake 9
I darkly remember that we had a glibc versioning problem on some linux distros, but I don't remember the details. This one here sounds a little but like this. Marc, I know you know the lib problem ...?
I reconfirmed this problem with a fresh install of OOo1.1RC2, just to make sure, I have not caused any problems. Same crash occures.
Fixed in OOo1.1.0RC3 Good work
closing then. thanks for reporting back, David!
