Hi there,

Assuming this is the right place for svtools bugs [ IZ is _really_ unclear as to
where to file code issue ]; this remembers the file name / filter settings
across uses of the print dialog.

checked in an adjusted version; the file dialogue that opens when you
press OK in the print dialogue now points to the last file used; first
run is empty.
