Currently OpenOffice changes the shape of the mosue cursor when it is moved 
over the OpenOffice window. There doesn't seem to be a reason for this and 
this behaviour is very unusual (and perhaps disconcerting for new users 
worried that the change in cursor shape means something).

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
