Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 17835
javaloader error - no mapping from java to C++
Last modified: 2007-06-18 10:31:30 UTC
I get the javaloader error when I attempt to use the xlst filters eg save as FaltXML the trace is- ./soffice Trace Message: javaloader - could not init javaloader cause of javaloader error - no mapping from java to C++ Curiously this error does not occure when OOo is run as root, only as general user - suggesting a path or permissions problem
Daniel, please provide a more detailed error report in case something goes wrong.
I have checked the latest ooo rc build on linux: no problem saving sxw => docbook simplified (additional xslt filters) nor saving using flat xml filter (JSC) dbo->dnw: which filter are you using for saving? which platform? which ooo version? dbo: checked your file access? verfiy whether files are readable/executable for your user...
OOo1.1RC1 Linux mandrake 9 File save as Flat XML I reset all files under program as owned by root and this seems to have fixed it. So maybe something I broke
This issue has been "RESOLVED" for quite a time, I assume I can close it ...
