All the functions that were present in the "selection" pick box are not present.
 There were more in 1.1beta than in 1.1rc2 although I can get to just about
everything by right-clicking in the equation space.

There are only 5 options in the "format" selection and they are:
superscript right
superscript left
superscript top
stack of 2 high (there used to be a 4 item stack)
newline

It is slightly better in OO 1.1 RC3. But the complete fix will take
place in OO 1.1.1. See issue #18775 for this.
