Description Unknown 2003-07-31 21:03:15 UTC
When setting character spacing to condensed or expanded, the scroll buttons for
increasing or decreasing the value go up in whole numbers (i.e., from 0.0 to
1.0). Almost every time I need to condense or expand text, I need to do it in
tenths, usually in ranges from 0.1 to 0.3. The scroll buttons would be more
useful if they changed the values by tenths.

Tracking at 1 pt and 0.1 pt
Comment 3 pesala 2006-12-25 06:51:43 UTC
Agreed. The current value of 1 pt is only suitable if applied to huge text. For
normal body text point size the tracking for condensed or expanded text should
scoll in increments of 0.1 points.

Best would be to scroll in increments of 1%, which is 0.1 points for 10 point
text, but 1 point for 100 point text.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
