It would be nice to be able to remove the default styles (except for the root
style, of course) so that, rather than having to look through the rather long
list of default styles you could just see ones you had created for yourself.
This would save time when selecting them from the stylist.

SBA: Reassigned to Bettina from the User Experience team for consideration.

The reporter's intention could be implemented without allowing to delete the
built in styles. So I have changed the summary accordingly.

Although there is already a category called custom styles it only allows new
styles to be included. So at present it is not possible to define a list of
styles which is put together from both built in styles and new styles.

Except by creating a new default template to which all styles have been applied
that one wishes to have in a new customized list.

This isn't a straightforward thing to do, so I will set this to new.

Is there some way to set the stylist to default to 'custom styles' whenever it
is opened. Could a macro do this?

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
