Description sforbes 2003-07-30 00:27:55 UTC
links to issues should have a tooltip (title) that contains issue number and
status.
That way, hovering over a issue number (in a summery, comment, dependency etc)
will give a good idea what that issue is.

This is already implemented in Mozilla's bugzilla, and helps very much with the
everyday work with bugs.

A few examples (hover over any bug number in the page to get the information):

Good Idea, but I'm afraid this will take endless time, also see:

Sounds like a good suggestion for IZ or a successor.
Btw, the "tooltip" is generated by use of the title attribute in links.
Reassinging to support.

I removed the keyword 'accessibility' of this issue (issue 7294) because
(external) queries use (blind) this keyword to evaluate the accessibility of the
product (OOo) itself.
Even if the validation conforming to w3c leads to improvements in accessibility:
- this keyword should be reserved for the product and not the web site
- this keyword should be reserved for issues concerning accessibility issues
*and only accessibility issues*.

Thank you for your understanding.

The Issue you raised has been marked as 'Resolved' and not updated within the
last 1 year+. I am therefore setting this issue to 'Verified' as the first step
towards Closing it. If you feel this is incorrect, please re-open the issue and

Many thanks,
Andrew

As per previous posting: Verified -> Closed.
A Closed Issue is a Happy Issue (TM).
