system requirements are incorrect or doubled.

Plase do not think Japanese is not so important.
from the web server statistics, Japanese are very intersted
in ja native lang. de, fr and next is ja.

it also affects for at least de and ja version, also.
every localized version is very important.

Hi,

My ja and de builds of fresh checkout of cws_srx645_ooo11rc3 on
20030802 Japan time still shows incorrect system requirements.

commited to rc3. if translations are missing, please provide a patch
to readlicense_oo/docs/readme/readme.xrm and open new issue.

Martin, I do not think fixes in README should be done by patching
directly in CVS. README is extracted by localize and thus must
translated this way. Otherwise, it is to be destroyed by the next
localize merge.

yes, you're right, I had the errorneaus assumption that readlicense_oo
is not covered by that process but I was wrong.
