inform the user upon installation about the existence of useful keyboard shortcuts which can be looked up in the help so that he knows... even better: consider context menu options for every useful keyboard shorcut!

I'm changing components of some issues to ui ui from framework ui; am I right in doing so? not all: it'd be too much. Also I clarified some types from Feature to Enhancement

issue still valid as per OOo 3.0 Beta m2.
To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on my owner to the owner "requirements".
