have Math formulas size be non-protected standardly


currently all newly inserted Math formulas have got its size protected so they 
can't be resized.

This should not be the case, why is it?

Or use the method as desribed in issue 7185 when the user moves the mouse 
pointer over the green squares to inform him about the situation.

That behaviour was disignedly implemented. The size of the symbols in
Math objects are all stored as real Fontsizes (like in other Apps) and
having a user defined size of the object by moving the selection
handles will lead to problema in displaying the objects content. Ti
did so in the past and MANY users said, that it is good this way.
That's the reason, why it was implemented and will stay this way.
