resizing objects doesn't occur immediately: please no "dead zone":

when wanting to resize an object, the mouse pointer changes to a black double 
arrow indicating the possible resizing directions.

but when one starts dragging the pointer, no resizing occurs; only after some 
pixels it does:

please have resizing ocur immediately!

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
