According to PDF Export UI specification v.1.1
(http://ui.openoffice.org/proposals/PDFExport.sxw) none of the three PDF
compression levels in OOo offers the ability to export to PDF without
downsampling images. I suggest to introduce a forth compression level without
downsampling.

Alternatively (= preferable in my opinion) please think about offering an
advanced setup for PDF export in "tools/options", so that a user can define a
custom export profile with each option set individually.
