Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 17424
Improvement to Font Colors
Last modified: 2008-05-17 23:04:50 UTC
It would be very nice is the font color applicator would allow the user to choose the font color BEFORE typing text. As it stands, I have to type the text and then go back to change the color. It would be great if I can choose the color of the following text and then change it back to default when I was done. The font color application continues to want to flood-fill and this can be grating.
Yes, yes, yes!!! I would love to have this capability. It IS an irritating problem. True, it can be (and has to be) worked around, but it would be a very nice enhancement.
SBA: Reassigned to Bettina from the User Experience team for consideration.
