I put image (png format) in table with link after save (sxw or doc format) and
open this image is not show.  If I open this document with Word 2000 image is
show. This effect doesn't appear if i don't use import with link

Please Attach the documents which make this problem, so we can test
it/faster to confirm.  
(Without the documents, we cannot confirm the problem easily/need more
time)
Don't forget to cut other part of the documents, so the file size is
small, but we still able to see the problem.

please install the latest release of OOo and come back if the error 
still occurs on your system.

this issue will be closed if i do not read any further comments until
