A link to the scripting framework for OOo1.1rc1 needs to be added to the 
framework project download list. After spending two days trying to figure out 
why the scripting framework that I downloaded from the download list wouldn't 
install correctly, I finally found out there was a new version. A link to the 
new file will hopefully prevent other users from going through the same 
experience.

Thomas, how shall we proceed with the links to the Scripting Framework
download?

If you don't update in on a regular base in the "files" section of the
framework site, we better remove it completely.

I've put the latest version of the Framework jar file in the Files
section.
