This file causes OO hang

1. Load this file using 1.1rc2

2. Select menu "File" > "Print Preview"

Note that right hang side of the screen does not refresh properly. OO 
hangs later.

This problem does not happen in 1.1rc1.

Duplicate to i17290 , fixed in next build (>OOo1.1RC2)
