Think about a MSWord file containing a table. On top of the table has been 
positioned a text box. (This is useful for annotating a table. It is also 
useful for putting a table on top of a table.)

When this is opened by OOo, the text box appears inside a table cell. The 
anchor needs to be moved to solve this problem. 

If the text box containes a table of its own, it is very difficult to see what 
is going on.

MRU->AMA: Items (like frames/graphics) inside a cell cannot exceed
cell limits. Is this already on PCD?
