Changing bullet types (graphical) in the master screen doesn't consistently 
change the bullets on the individual slides. The highest level bullets seem OK, 
but the 2nd and 3rd bullets have to be changed individually on all slides. The 
Format Modify Layout command also does not update the bullets properly. I am 
also unable to get the bullets to update properly on the slide master screen 
even though the first level bullets update on many of the slides.

I can't reproduce the bug.
Maybe bullets which doesn't change are hard formated. Only soft
formated bullets (objects) depends on the changings on the masterpage.
To 'reset' the hard formating select the bulleted textline and click
on 'Format/Default'.
Please send me a test document if the bug still occures.

there are no additional comments therefore I think the bug doesn't
ocures any time longer.
I close this issue.
Please reopen the issue if the bug still occures in the latest version.
