In the event that the openoffice.org install does not successfully interface  a 
mail program e.g. mozilla, netscape6.1 when the user attemtps to send a mail no 
warning/failure is given.
An error dialog showing that no mail program can be accessed 
and how to remedy the fault by pointing the user to tools-options-external 
progams would be appropriate.

Re-assigned to atr@openoffice.org, who is the same person as the
current owner, but we want to get rid of owners containing Sun domains
in their email addresses.
