Failure occured on Linux rehHat 6.2 OpenOffice.org build 638c

to recreate :-
select file - autopilot - form, 
select "Data Source" Bibliography,
select "Table or Queries" biblio,
select any option from "existing fields",
.. pass it to fileds in form by clicking on -> in the dialog
select "Next"
on the next dialog select "Create"
on the next dialog select "Save"
(the filename should be Form_Bibliography.biblio)

openoffice.org will now crash with unrecoverable error.
