Description lars 2003-07-19 14:20:26 UTC
anchor-feature:

the anchor is placed at pages, paragraphes etc.

concerning anchor @ paragraph:

the object should then always keep its once chose distance in real length units
(cm/inches) to this anchor.

if the paragraph moves one line further/back the anchor moves accrodingly one
line further/back

if the paragraph is removed, the anchor is placed at the paragraph before, but
the object isn't moved; instead its to-be-kept distance is updated.

if a new paragraph is inserted between anchor and object, anchor moves to this
paragraph, distance is updated.
