Some Effects remove the antialiasing in the presentation
Hi, What kind of effects are you talking about precisely ? Text box effects, transition effects, 3D effects, lighting effects ? Please be a bit more specific. Could you post a copy of the file that is causing you the problem to this issue, so that we can take a look at it ? Look forward to hearing from you. Alex.
Reassigned to Christian.

I can reproduce the bug. It occures with all effects which 'moves' the text e.g. Fly in, stretch, rotate, ... When the effect doesn't move the text (e.g. cross fade, vert./hor. lines, checkerboard, ...) the antialiasing works afterwards.
That's because moving text is pre-rendered into a bitmap, which is then moved across the screen. There are technical reasons why this is not so easy to achieve with anti- aliasing, thus, target OOo2.0.

Fixed in cws_src680_presentationengine01 (though not for all canvas backends).
.
thb->cgu: please verify. Note that under Windows, using the DirectX canvas, we currently have no font antialiasing at all. So please try Linux or Solaris, for the time being.
Verified in cws Presentationengine01 on Sols, Lin, Win.
Integrated in src680m76
