I had this running a while ago on a heavily updated RH7.1. Suddenly installation
didn't
 seem to be valid anymore (perhaps I futzed too much with symlinks) so I went
for
 reinstall - now this fails with this on stdout:

EVIL: liblexps638li.so fail: loading component library failed: liblexps638li.so

Things I recently changed were XFree86 (4.1.0) and glibc (2.2.4) both obtained
as Rawhide
 RPMs through rpmfind.net.

You can find a workaround in issue 1698
