Opening any MS Word document results in disappearing all tollbars. They are
still marked as ON in Mene -> View -> Toolbars, so I can not make in ON manually.

I cannot see the problem with my install of OO 1.1 RC on WinXP.
Could it be, that your offending Word documents are write-protected?
Then opening these will result in Toolbars being not displayed. Click
on the "Edit File" Button in the FunctionBar and try out...

Yes, You are right, it happens only in opening document, which has
only read permission for me. Sory for that bogus. Please, close this
issue. 
But I want to suggest to handle opening read-only files in any other
way (pop-up window) rather than hidding toolbars.
