When insterting a fixed width text file as text-CSV using the Insert Sheet, From
File, Text Import and checking the Fixed Width Box, there is only one column
shown. This is the same in 1.1b2. However, in 1.01, 1.02, & 1.03 this worked
perfect. You could set the column lines and select for standard or test.

I do not know about 1.1b1. 

This function is used frequently in the electronics industry and is very important .
