I uninstalled OOo_644m11_Windows_install.zip, and installed
OOo_1.1rc_Win32Intel_install.zip.  However, the installer for
OOo_1.1rc_Win32Intel_install.zip did not find a Java Runtime Environent (JRE)
even though JavaSoft JRE 1.3.1 is installed, and has been found by previous
installers of OpenOffice.org.

Asannounced, we have raised the java requirements for OOo 1.1.
Quoted from the feature mail:
StarOffice and OpenOffice now need a SUN Java 1.4.0_02 or higher. The
exception is version 1.4.1 which is not supported, but version
1.4.1_01 and higher are.
This requirement is valid for these platforms:
-Solaris SPARC
-Linux x86
-Windows
