Description con.hennessy 2003-07-10 19:04:32 UTC
In RC1 the File menu contains both "Export..." and "Export as PDF".
That would not be so bad except that the "Export...." dialog gives you
as the first option export to PDF!

I recommend removing the "Export as PDF" option.

Thanks for your attention but both export entries in the menu are set
advised. The reason is that the other applications are also able to
export to another formats.

I do not have a problem with "Export..." which brings you to the dialog
where the first option is to "Export as PDF".

My problem is with the *extra* export as PDF menu entry in the File menu ( which is
already big enough).

At the very minimum, if you want to keep both "Export..." and "Export as PDF..." menu
enteries in the "File" menu then the "Export..." menu should caus eth dialog to come
up with something which is *not PDF* by default.

It depends from the application which is on top. In the other hand,
this is not a defect. If you dont't agree with this, please open an
Enhancement directly to bh@openoffice.org.
