Since STLport 4.5 right now bombs xml2cmp, this patch functions as an interim until that problem 
can be tracked down (or until it really bites us in the ass later).

Hi Dan,

I think with some playing around with stlport we will soon not need this
patch in OOo 1.1 (hopefully).

set target milestone to 1.1.1 as no neccassarly have to go into rc, but can.
just to keep rc target small. this does not mean we have to wait until 1.1.1,
maybe we've to open a new target for those issues. dan, can you handle similar
issues also in that way ?

Invalid patch, with Kevin's patches to STLpoty this is irrelevant.
