Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 16439
Open arrow-heads are never joined to their line
Last modified: 2017-05-20 09:59:48 UTC
Hi, If I try to construct an "open" arrow head, the resulting arrow always has a gap between the arrow-head and the line it belongs to. There doesn't appear to be any way to create an arrow-head without the gap. I've attached an example drawing to illustrate the point. Bryan
Created attachment 7401 [details] sxd-file containing an example of some open-arrow heads with unwanted gaps between head and line
This is reproduceable. Additionally the preview in the line dialog or the arrowstyle controller looks different from the result.
Reassigned to Armin.
AW: Indeed, it's ATM not possible. I will have to investigate, but there is ATM no position/distance definable for arrow heads used for positioning the line end inside the Arrowhead. AFAIK internally the CoorSystem of the ArrowHead uses (0,0) for that point, i will need to look for the code which defines that CoorSystem when a ArrowHead is defined.
