OO.org 1.1rc build 'b'

After installing OO.org the menu listing on the start menu shows OpenOffice.org
1.1.0  - this should be OpenOffice.org 1.1.
Also on Windows the about dialog shows two version numbers i.e. OpenOffice.org
1.1, followed by OpenOffice.org 1.1.0

All other references to the version number, e.g. on unix platforms in the about
dialog, the README's, the install directories refer to this version as 1.1.
This should be version 1.1, not 1.1.0.

this was introduced with 12755. Please clarify.

We were a bit too fast with changing to 1.1.0.
Martin will take care of this issue for the ongoing RC branch and the 
master by changing back to 1.1.
For rc2 we will switch to 1.1.0.

unfortunately the problem is still in 1.1rc - c on win2000 - Sander
investigating

Martin, I think we should test the update with rc1.
We should remove the #if 0 to enable this - even if we stick with the 
version number 1.1 with rc1.

the windows problem was old version of instsetoo - fixed in "d" tarball
