I can not get build 638 to install on my RedHat 7.1 system glibc-2.2.2 system.  I get the error message above during the install and retrying 
does not help.  When I ignore the message, the install will complete but then when I run the program and it tries to read in my old Netscape 
settings, it immediately crashes.  I get this message in the ~/OpenOffice.org638/program/setup.log:

ERR register component: liblexps638li.so : applicat.rdb
ERR UNO exception (liblexps638li.so): loading component library failed: liblexps638li.so
ERR Configuration - Descendant Element 'Proxy' not found in Node /org.openoffice.Inet

This are two different issues. Both are known.
