Description joerg.skottke 2003-06-27 09:37:25 UTC
For some reason the setup tries to write the font ariblk.ttf to the Windows
fonts-directory during workstation installation (from /net install)
This happens in Terminal Server and Citrix environments,

This has been solved for all other fonts some time ago, i think it is broken.

retarget.
Comment 2 ingo.schmidt-rosbiegal 2003-06-27 16:13:58 UTC
This bug is not quite clear for two reasons:

1. OpenOffice.org does not contain the ariblk.ttf. Do you mean a
StarOffice?

2. Of course all fonts are installed into the Windows font directory
during the user intallation. In the network intallation all fonts are
copied to /share/fonts/truetype
Comment 3 joerg.skottke 2003-06-30 08:25:47 UTC
1. Correct, StarOffice only
2. This has been fixed for the other fonts some time ago, why is this
one different? You cannot write to /share/fonts/truetype as normal
user iirc.
I can provide a testing environment that shows the issue.

The overwrite warning is correct here.

.
Comment 6 joerg.skottke 2003-07-01 07:00:28 UTC
Invalidating issue. Even if this is "ugly" there is nothing we can do
here.
