The availability of text anchor option is not updated if "fit to contour" is 
selected/unselected. See attached screen shot.

Occurs on Win XP and Debian Linux.

I can reproduce the bug.

- create an objext
- write some text in the object
- change to the text dialog (Format/Text)
- select Adjust to contur and click on ok
- open the text dialog again and deselect adjust to contur
- the box where you can select the text anchor is still grayed out but
useable.
