Indents / margines for RTL footnotes are incorrect:

* There is no spacing between the footnote number, and the forst character of
the actaul note.

* New paragraphs fall off the begining of the line (the right margine)

FME: Yes, there is a bug with the position of the numbering. But the
position of the paragraphs is correct. They have an indent of 0.5 cm
before the text and a first line indent of -0.5 cm.
