Integrate Scripting Frameowrk libraries, jar files etc into the openOffice.org
install sets.

Started.
Changes to:
1) scp - add the gids to inc/gid.inc, and changes to
source/office/files.scp, dirs.scp
2) instset - needs to depend on scripting
3) officecfg - add the o.o.O.Scripting.xc[s/u]

Also need to cleanup build in scripting. this will probably require
the external jars to be moved to external project. eg. i16574.

Chnages to scripting, officecfg & scp made & tested on Linux.

Build & tested on Windows & Linux.
Only remaining issue is to get BeanShell & Rhino jars added to the
external module.

Fixing problem that examples and ScriptBindingLibrary files
were being unzipped with lower case names in install. This is due to
a conflict between the version of zip used by Ant and the installer.

Moved build.xml from examples to examples/java directory to build the
java examples, and modified the makefile.mk for the examples directory
to use the same zip commands as other modules.
