As you know, in Calc, Writer and Impress, there is a horizontal scrollbar
together with sheets(tabs) in one line. When here is too many sheets, it's nice
to make the horizontal scrollbar shorter. But it doesn't remember its length for
future windows. It should remeber its length.

To grep the issues easier via "requirements" I put the issues currently lying on
my owner to the owner "requirements".
