For me et would be senseful to have an option "Open acrobat Reader after PDF is
created.

Normally I want to send my PDFs y email immediately after creation, and it would
be helpful to have a quick last look on the document (all needed pages selected
...) and then I send it per email with th AR-function "send email"

Actually I have to open the created PDF manually before I can send it.
