Attempting to select a gradient-style background for a slide causes simpress to
exit with the following message:

/home/jcole/openoffice/program/soffice.bin: relocation error:
/home/jcole/openoffice/program/libsvx644li.so: symbol
_ZN14SvxAreaTabPage21ClickGradientHdl_ImplEPv, version UDK_3_0_0 not defined in
file libcppuhelpergcc3.so.3 with link time reference

This occurs when a presentation is created form scratch and when a presentation
is loaded.  The sequence of operations is "Slide" -> "Page Setup" ->
"Background" -> "Gradient".

I bet you're using glibc-2.3.1.  If so, please upgrade to glibc-2.3.2.
See issue 10210.  Let us know if that's it so we can mark this as
a duplicate.

This is a similar problem to issue 10210.  I upgraded glibc from 2.3.1
to 2.3.2 at dankegel's suggestion, and the problem is resolved.
